Objective:

• To familiarize participants with the Plan of Development (POD) and its role in guiding the long-term strategy for oil and gas field project development.
• To enhance participants on the Work Program and Budget (WP&B) and its role in the annual planning and execution of specific activities and expenses for a project.
• To enhance participants with an understanding of the Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) and its role in controlling project expenses and ensuring they stay within budget.
• To enhance participants of the regulations and procedures surrounding POD, WP&B, and AFE and the process of submission to the regulator, SKK Migas for approval.
• To equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage projects and ensure compliance with regulations by understanding POD, WP&B and AFE.
• To give an update on Gross Split Regime that is related to POD, WP&B, and AFE
