The Mark V Control System is a microprocessor-based distributed control system developed by General Electric (GE) for gas turbines, steam turbines, and combined-cycle power plants. It became one of the most widely installed turbine control platforms globally, especially from the late 1980s through the 2000s, and is still operating in many power plants today.
